Happy New year…… so far!
Just two days old and already 2009 has started off well for Dagenham & Redbridge.
Manager John Still picked up the League 2 manager of the month award much to many daggers fan’s dismay. Curse anybody?
Also, on the first day of the transfer window, Daggers announced that they had completed the signing of 20-year-old winger Graeme Montgomery.
Not much of a surprise as the deal had been in the pipeline for weeks but still a nice little boost to the new year.
Support a proper club!
Ha! I think you’ll find Dagenham are one of the most proper clubs around. We’re not a business unlike Man Utd, Chelsea etc so stop talking rubbish!

Well then if you support a team like Bury who have roamed around the lower divisions for years like us then you should be able to appreciate lower league football.
Yes , so far a bright start to the New Year and hopefully we can see it through to the end of the Season with continued optimism.
If we can be saying the same come the end of January then I think we might just be able to grab ourselves another piece of Club history , but let’s just see where we are at come the start of Feb.
