Daggers POTM November – Winner Matt Ritchie!
Although November saw a poor start there were many good moments to be treasured such as knocking League 1 Hereford out of the FA Cup and taking runaway League 1 leaders Leicester very close.
Here are the 4 nominees for November
Scott Griffiths – Been back to somewhere near his best this month. Has looked dangerous going forward and has been much more solid at the back.
Matt Ritchie – Seems to be one of these players who excels in a winning team. Outstanding against Leceister and notched in the rout against Notts County. Daggers will hope they can keep him for longer.
Sam Saunders – The winger went a bit quiet in October but has been one of the catalysts behind the sides recent return to form. Scored a fantastic free kick against Shrewsbury and his set pieces bothered both Hereford and Notts County. Didn’t look out of place against Leceister either. Daggers will hope to hold on to their star man in January.
Peter Gain – Links the play brilliantly and his contribution doesn’t go unnoticed amongst Daggers supporters. Adds steel and bite to what was a fairly lightweight midfield last season.

THIS MONTHS WINNER AFTER BEATING SCOTT GRIFFITHS BY 1 VOTE IS…….. MATT RITCHIE!!!
All the starting 11 have had a good month , Ritchie + Saunders have been really good and suit our attacking style. Peter Gain . Magnus , Mark Arber all in form , nobody has been really below par , but for me , Mr Consistent , hard to replace Scott Griffiths gets my vote =
