Following a second half collapse midweek to Leyton Orient, the Daggers would have been hoping to build a bit of momentum going into the new season.

Thurrock 2-0 Dagenham & Redbridge

An uninspired Daggers team went down 2-0 tonight at the hands of Thurrock.
With a first team of half youngsters, half first team squad, it was going to be interesting how the team gelled together.

Boreham Wood 2-3 Dagenham & Redbridge

The Daggers openned their pre season campaign with a 3-2 win at Boreham Wood.
New boy Mark Nwokeji opened the scoring before midfielders Solomon Taiwo and Peter Gain sealed victory for the Daggers.
The Daggers continue their build up to the season on Wednesday with an away match against local rivals Thurrock.
